Information for poster presenters
There are two poster sessions; poster session 1 and poster session 2. These sessions will run over two (2) days each with a networking and drinks session at the conclusion of each poster session after conference sessions on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Posters will main on display for the duration of thier allocated poster session.
- Poster presenters have been assigned a poster number, please use the poster board with the same number to mount your poster.

If your poster is not removed at the end of your allocated session it will be disposed of without question. The conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any author materials left behind at the end of each poster session.

Poster session 1
Posters must be mounted by 0800 hours on Monday 26th July and removed between 18:00 and 18:30 hours on Tuesday 27th July.
You are requested to stand next to your poster during the poster session networking and happy hour on Tuesday 27th July between 16:30 hours and 18:00 hours for informal discussions.
Poster session 2
Posters must be mounted by 0800 hours on Wednesday 28th July and removed between 18:00 and 18:30 hours on Thursday 29th July.
You are requested to stand next to your poster during the poster session networking and happy hour on Thursday 29th July between 16:30 hours and 18:00 hours for informal discussions.
Poster specifications
- Posters may be prepared on one sheet (preferred method) or alternatively on several smaller sheets. You must prepare this before arriving at the conference as there will not be any facilities available to print your poster once onsite.
- It is recommended that your poster be A0 in size (no larger than 0.9 m wide and 1.25 m tall), and in portrait alignment.
- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
- It is strongly recommended that the presenting author(s) place a photograph of themselves on the top right-hand corner of the poster.
- The text, illustrations, etc should be large enough to be read from at least a distance of 1.5 meters.
- Materials to affix your poster to the board will be available on request.
